You're Worth the Effort, Darling
I started journaling in High School and never stopped; it eventually turned into blogging and book writing. Writing in my journal became cheap therapy and helped me process emotions. This is my first journal to design from start to finish and was a start of something that I hope to do regularly because it allows me to get tools in your hands faster than I could with traditional publishing.
I wanted to create a guided journal with low content to share with you so you could start using it while working through hard things.
Journaling is a useful tool in the hands of anyone brave enough to tell their truth without filtering as they work through prompts to process, heal, and move forward.
After all, it's yours to work through at your own pace and on your own terms. In the pages of this journal, you will meet inspiration in your areas of frustration and understand your worth on a deeper level that requires action
without apologies.
As you work through prompts, the goal isn't to change you. The goal is to reframe
how you think and feel about yourself and what you tolerate from others. Not in a
demanding way, but in a way that replaces anxiety and fear with confidence to know that
you're worth the very best effort.
Your effort.
Their effort.
All of it.
This journey starts with you because you're already my favorite, and you're worth it.
Really, you are.
